We want you to love your Demi Lovato Official Store apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition merchandise and tour exclusives may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
